Autonomous Tracked Carriers for Mulching and Clearing

The autonomous tracked carriers RCU-55 and RCU-75 are compact, powerful machines remotely controlled by the operator. They enable mulching and clearing tasks on hard-to-access terrain as well as steep slopes. These radio-controlled mulchers are specifically designed to provide maximum stability on slopes with inclinations of up to 55 degrees. Using an ergonomic remote control, with customizable function buttons depending on the chosen attachment, the operator can safely handle the radio-controlled brush cutter.

The equipment for autonomous tracked carriers includes a selection of five mulching, clearing, and stump grinding heads for forestry, municipal, and agricultural tasks. These include the BL1/RCU, PMM/RCU, BL2/RCU, SCL/RC-55, and SCL/RCU-75. The BL1/RCU forestry mulcher is paired with the radio-controlled RCU-55 carrier for grinding branches and shrubs up to 12 cm in diameter. For mowing grass, small branches, and shrubs with a diameter of 5 cm or less, the PMM/RCU forestry mower with swinging hammers is recommended. Finally, the BL2/RCU forestry mulcher is used with the radio-controlled RCU-75 carrier to grind shrubs up to 15 cm in diameter. The SCL/RCU models are designed for grinding stumps and root systems.

Self-Propelled Forestry Mulchers and Remote-Controlled Brush Cutters: For Efficient and Safe Work

Equipment for autonomous tracked carriers is the ideal choice for land clearing and brushing operations conducted on hard-to-access terrain or steep slopes. Remote-controlled brush cutters ensure operator safety, allowing them to control the machine from a secure distance using a 2.4 GHz frequency remote control. This equipment is designed to work efficiently on slopes with inclinations of up to 55 degrees. Excellent traction is ensured by high-profile rubber tracks and a triple flange oscillating roller system. Steel tracks are also available as an option for the RCU-75 model.

The BL1/RCU and BL2/RCU mulchers are available with two rotor options: an open rotor with carbide hammers or a rotor equipped with Bite Limiter technology. Both feature Bite Limiter technology, enhancing productivity regardless of the type of wood being mulched. The rotors are equipped with anti-wear steel profiles designed to limit cutting depth. This ensures consistent working speeds while optimizing fuel consumption. This equipment for autonomous tracked carriers guarantees efficient and safe mulching, even in challenging conditions such as steep terrain and rugged slopes.

Forestry Mulchers for Tracked Carriers

Five forestry mulcher models are available for use with radio-controlled tracked carriers. The BL1/RCU, PMM/RCU, and SCL/RCU-55 models can be attached to the RCU-55 carrier, while the BL2/RCU, PMM/RCU, and SCL/RCU-75 models are designed for the RCU-75 carrier. These remote-controlled brush cutters are ideal for forestry, municipal, and agricultural operations. They enable safe work along roadsides and waterways, in wooded areas and forests, as well as on steep and hard-to-reach terrain.

Equipped with a swinging hammer rotor, the PMM/RCU model is designed for mowing grass, brambles, and branches up to 5 cm in diameter, making it a powerful and efficient remote-controlled mower. The BL1/RCU model features Bite Limiter technology, delivering high productivity for grinding branches and shrubs up to 12 cm in diameter. The BL2/RCU model offers similar features to the BL1/RCU but can grind branches and shrubs with a maximum diameter of 15 cm.
